You will be receiving information regarding your new plan in the mail, so please watch for it.
Josephine County members- Your primary care provider (PCP) has not changed. You will NOT have to change doctors unless you want to.
Services that have been approved by PrimaryHealth have been forwarded to your new plan. Your new plan will cover these services for up to six months after your enrollment date.
Providers:
Authorizations will be processed until 5 pm on 12/31/2019.
Authorizations after 5 pm will be directed to the member’s new CCO.
Authorizations for approved services have been forwarded to the new CCO and will be covered for up to six months of the member’s enrollment date.
We will have staff available for billing and claims questions in 2020.

You should expect NO changes in your claim’s submission process.
PrimaryHealth is responsible for all claim’s payment of eligible members for dates of service in 2019.
