Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services

Outpatient treatment of alcohol and drug (chemical) dependency services is part of the PrimaryHealth benefits. These services include education, office visits, intensive outpatient and detoxification and methadone services. You do not need a referral to get drug and alcohol treatment. Family members also may receive counseling for alcohol and drug problems.

Choices Counseling Center has been a leader in the Substance Use Disorder treatment field since 1995. We provide assessment, treatment and education to people in Josephine County who are struggling with the consequences of substance use. We realize that abuse or addiction is a complex problem that demands an array of professional and support services such as group counseling, individual counseling and case management. Gender specific services are available and confidentiality, privacy and ethics are a priority to our individualized planning for each individuals specific needs.

Choices Counseling Center has specially trained staff that utilized specifically developed tools to help determine what kind of care an individual needs. We provide research backed evidence based curriculums designed to be effective in helping people deal with their problem. We work hard to make services available when needed and are dedicated to making referrals to our partners in the community that can assist with an array of services ranging from housing and child care to family therapy and mental health counseling.
